Is CoachWell free?

Yes — the core loop is free: daily check-ins, adaptive workouts, food logging, and progress. A Plus subscription unlocks unlimited coaching, the multi-week program, and spoken recaps, and you can upgrade anytime inside the app.

Does it replace a personal trainer or doctor?

CoachWell gives general fitness guidance and adapts to what you tell it. It isn't medical advice and doesn't diagnose — for injuries, conditions, or anything that feels off, talk to a qualified professional.

Do I need any equipment?

No. Tell Coach what you have — nothing at all, a few dumbbells, or a full gym — and it builds every session around that.

Is my data private?

Your check-ins and health data are used to coach you, not to profile you. You can use a guest account, and you can delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

Is there an Android version?

CoachWell is built for iPhone first, with deep Apple Health integration. Android is on the roadmap — the best way to hear about it is to start on iOS.

Does it work offline?
